Over the weekend, Brownies from the 40th Blackpool, 16th Blackpool, and 3rd Lytham units enjoyed a Halloween-themed pack holiday at Fylde Scout Hut.
The girls took part in lots of fabulous crafts, archery, and climbing sessions — with climbing expertly run by our very own Girlguiding instructors.
It was a weekend full of firsts: the first Brownie holiday for all the girls, a first night away from home for several, and even the first guiding sleepover for some of our leaders.
Our fabulous chef kept everyone well-fed with amazing Halloween-themed meals — we even had Brownies saying the food was better than Mum’s cooking at home!
A huge well done to Kelly, who successfully gained her ‘Going Away With’ Licence on the back of this camp. What a fantastic achievement to round off an unforgettable weekend.
