Brownies from 25th Blackpool and 3rd Lytham enjoyed an unforgettable Pack Holiday at Guys Farm, our county activity centre in Lancaster, with this year’s exciting theme of Festivals.
Over the weekend, the girls threw themselves into a variety of adventurous and creative activities. They challenged themselves on the crate stack, testing their teamwork, balance, and confidence as they built towers higher and higher. One pair managed to reach 20 crates high! They also took to the water for a paddleboarding session, where they developed new skills while having lots of fun.
The festival spirit continued throughout the holiday with a lively disco, plenty of laughter around the campfire, and a range of colourful craft activities. One of the highlights was designing and decorating their own welly boot planters, before planting flowers to create a unique keepsake to take home.
The weekend was filled with friendship, adventure, and opportunities to try something new. It was fantastic to see the Brownies supporting one another, building confidence, and creating memories that will last long after the festival had ended.
A huge thank you goes to all the volunteers who helped make the Pack Holiday such a success and gave the girls an amazing experience at Guys Farm.
