The Queen’s Guide is the highest award you can work towards in Girlguiding. It gives you the chance to develop your skills, give back to guiding and support your local community. This award also shows potential employers and further education organisations that you have challenge yourself and achieved goals in lots of different ways.

It is made up of 5 sections: personal development challenge; guiding challenge; community action challenge; lead the way challenge; and social experience challenge.
