Girlguiding enables girls and young women to develop their potential and to make a difference to the world, we offer a programme of amazing opportunities for 54,000 girls across the North West. Girlguiding welcomes Members from all backgrounds, ages, cultures, faiths and abilities.

Young Members	Adult Members
Our young Members are split into 4 sections; Rainbows (aged 4-7), Brownies (aged 7-10), Guides (aged 10-14) and Rangers (aged 14-18). The term ‘Guides’ is sometimes used to refer to all sections. All of our sections offer exciting age-appropriate programmes, as well as a wide range of additional opportunities such as once-in-a-lifetime events.	Girlguiding is the leading charity for girls and young women in the UK. By volunteering with us, you can help us create amazing opportunities for thousands of girls across the North West. Guiding happens thanks to more than 14,000 amazing volunteers – men and women like you who give their time to ensure that we are active across the North West and beyond. Adult members can be volunteers, Inspire members (aged 18-30) and Trefoil members (aged 18+)
